This Privacy Policy explains how Innovative Biolabs ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit innovativebiolabsusa.com or place an order.

- Messages: anything you send us by email, including through the contact form, which opens your own email app.
Payment information
Payments are taken by a third-party payment provider on its own secure page. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.

- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, the page that referred you and similar technical details, collected by our hosting provider and analytics tools.
- Cookies and browser storage: we keep your cart in your browser so it is still there when you come back, and we use analytics cookies, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the Site is used.

- to process, fulfill, ship and support your orders, including order and shipping emails;

Who we share it with

- Shipping carriers: receive your name and address to deliver your order.
- Hosting, content and email providers: run the Site and deliver email.
- Analytics providers, such as Google: receive usage data through the tags we use.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or anyone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill orders, handle returns and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond and follow up.

Your rights
