Terms of Sale.

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your use of innovativebiolabsusa.com (the "Site") and every purchase from Innovative Biolabs ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Research use only

All products sold on the Site are intended solely for lawful laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Products are not for human or veterinary use and must not be introduced into humans or animals by any means.

Nothing on the Site is medical advice or an instruction for use. Product descriptions are for identification and research reference only.

2. Who may buy

To place an order you must:

• be at least 21 years old;
• buy for lawful laboratory research use only;
• be legally permitted to buy, possess and handle these materials where you are located;
• give accurate and complete information at checkout.

By placing an order you confirm each of these statements. We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe breaks these Terms, including where order notes, messages or other circumstances suggest the products are intended for human or animal use.

3. Handling and responsibility

You are responsible for storing, handling, using and disposing of products safely, by qualified persons in a suitable laboratory setting, and in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you. You assume all risks associated with the products once they are delivered.

4. Product information and certificates of analysis

We aim to describe every product accurately. Certificates of analysis (COAs) are published as issued by the testing laboratory for the batch named on the certificate, and the results apply to that batch. We do not guarantee results in any particular research application. Product images are illustrative.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices shown in your cart are an estimate: the final total, including shipping and any applicable tax, is confirmed on the secure payment page before you pay. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we never receive or store your full card number.

If a product or price is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment.

6. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is complete and the order is released for fulfillment. Some orders are held for review before release. We may limit quantities, and we may cancel any order, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship within the United States only. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provide. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security or operation, copy or scrape it in bulk, or resell products with any claim that they are fit for human or animal use.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or research results, arising from the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovative Biolabs and its owners, staff, suppliers and fulfillment partners against any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the products, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Innovative Biolabs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
